Sherry Duncan - WTM AmbasadorAs an ambassador I want to be included so as to learn from others exp and share my perspective along side. And as a fellow developer I am looking forward to contribute to the community.
want be part of something new that your building for us and i want to be part of tomorrow that helps and creates a platform for the new ambassadors and the new techies who will start building for the future.
Connecting over 3,000 members isn’t just a technical project, it’s an opportunity to create a space that fosters collaboration, mentorship, and growth at scale. What draws me most to this initiative is the mission behind Women Techmakers. Creating access, visibility, and connection for women in tech is something I strongly believe in.
Brandi Jimmar- WTM Ambassador USATo be a part of the community and create an app with others. Most projects I work on solo so this is an opportunity to be a part of a group.
Carol Bolger- WTM Ambassador Southern US RegionI want to be involved to meet the others and grow my skill as well as be part of this amazing app that connects people from around the world.
I would love a hands on approach to be a part of and help out with the WTM community. I also would love to be a part of a project where I can continue working on my coding skills as well as working with others in developing a platform!
I want to be part of this because I really believe in building with community, not just for community. I care about creating spaces where women in tech can connect, learn from each other, and find real support and opportunities. As someone who works in both technology and education, I’d love to bring thoughtful feedback and help shape a platform that feels genuinely helpful, inclusive, and alive for ambassadors worldwide.
Cristina Rodriguez- WTM Ambassador North AmericaEach 1 Teach 1....
C White- WTM Ambassador Southeast RegionThe vision of building with ambassadors strongly resonates with me, and I’m excited to contribute honest feedback, ideas, and a global perspective.
I'm a Tech Lead of Product and I'm very passionate about ensuring the apps we build are truly useful for our users. In this case, as a fellow WTM Ambassador, I'm also the target demographic so I want to shape this app so that it's helpful to all of us in the WTM community. Very exciting initiative!
Eileen Xue- WTM Ambassador Toronto CanadaI see this as an opportunity to contribute to the community by using my expertise to create a lasting impact.
We need a customized platform that fits the needs of WTM ambassadors, and I believe the only solution is to build it. Currently, we have Slack, Advocu, Luma, Google Calendar, and Notion, but all of our communications and resources are so spread out. We need one platform to accommodate all. I’ve been an ambassador of WTM Toronto for the last 3 years and have organized many events, so I know what many organizers need. I’m also on the eastern and southeastern sub council because I want to scale WTM in Asia. I have been helping WTM Shanghai reactivate.
As a Sociology Professor and an Ed.D. candidate specializing in neuro-inclusive design, I am passionate about how digital ecosystems can either foster or hinder true belonging. I want to help shape this platform to ensure it is sustainable and inclusive of the diverse cognitive and cultural realities of our global ambassadors. My experience building AI courses and leading as a GDG Mentor in the Southern U.S. has shown me that the best tools are co-created with those they serve. I’m excited to bring a lens of equity and 'AI with purpose' to the Serendipity Engine and community features, ensuring every ambassador, regardless of their role or region, feels seen and supported.
Naomi Latini Wolfe- WTM Ambassador Southeast/Georgia North AmericaBecause I would love to help build a platform that can help improve communication for ambassadors and highlight what the community is doing and it's impacts
I believe in open source and contributing to community work. And as a software engineer, mentor and community lead, I believe contributing to this app would help us better build aboard that can help us serve our communities better.
I want to help shape this platform because I deeply believe in building technology that reflects the real needs of the community it serves. As an ambassador based in Sub-Saharan Africa, I’ve seen firsthand the gaps in access, mentorship, and real-time collaboration among women in tech, especially across different regions and backgrounds. Being part of this co-creation process is an opportunity to ensure the platform is not just functional, but truly impactful and inclusive. I’m particularly interested in contributing ideas around community engagement, accessibility, and meaningful connections especially for emerging developers and students navigating their early careers. With my background in software engineering and community leadership, I’m excited to provide both user-centered feedback and practical insights that can help shape features that people will actually use and benefit from. I also value the idea of building with the community rather than for it. This aligns with how I approach both technology and leadership collaboratively, intentionally, and with long-term impact in mind.
Sharon Tanya Daniel- WTM Ambassador South AfricaI like to test new ideas, be part of community.
As the founder of MGSA, I understand the importance of creating tools that not only connect but also optimize technical collaboration. I want to contribute my experience in developing digital ecosystems and automation to ensure that this app is a solid foundation for technological sovereignty and the growth of all ambassadors Creating technology for everyone, of course, with cutting-edge ethics.
Vanessa Montiel- WTM Ambassador MéxicoI’m interested in how communities translate into meaningful digital experiences. I want to help shape this app so it’s not just functional, but truly engaging, intuitive, and aligned with what women techmakers actually need.
I would like to help with the app visibility through digital marketing.
